Booking Process

  • Sessions are scheduled on a First-Come, First-Served basis.
  • To secure your booking, a 50% downpayment is required. Payment can be made via Gcash, Online Banking, or PayPal.
  • To start the booking process, please contact us via our contact page, email, WhatsApp, or through any of our official social media channels.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • A 95% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled dive or course.A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs between 7 to 3 days prior to the scheduled dive or course.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled dive or course are non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as:
  • Coast Guard cancellations of all water sports due to adverse weather conditions: 100% refund.
  • Flight cancellations: Bookings may be rebooked or a 90% refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer (diver) fails to arrive at the scheduled time and has not provided prior notice of cancellation, the customer will be considered a No-Show.
  • In the event of a No-Show, the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
